Never before have we stayed in a place like Sponars, we felt at home from our arrival to our departure. Rose & Eric were the perfect hosts & nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend a stay here to everyone. We were fortunate to be able to enjoy a spring snowfall & a warm fireplace. 5/5 Thank you both.

Fabulous fun Cycle swim hike canoe fish in summer Ski sports in winter Great location Really good fun Indoor heated pool and steam room pool tables Media room Dance floor Yoga mornings Wonderful wild life But best are your hosts.

Stopped here for an after-ski beer, well out of season and the owners we’re so lovely and opened up the bar for us! Amazing beers and charming ambiance. It was snowing outside such a magical experience in an historic building. This will definitely be our after-ski must stop going forward.
